The technique involves processing a natural hydraulic lime to fine mineral composite with olive based soaps, to create very durable waterproof finishes which will last a lifetime

The Tadelakt can be worked to a tonally uniform patina with tempered steel trowels or a more mottled signature emphasized by processing the finish with a range of polished agate stones
